We are proud to say, on 14th of March, 2005 under 1982 No. 17 of company act in Sri Lanka under the registration Number N (PVS) 40846, CEYNET SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED was registered as a limited liability firm with ultimate objectivity to delegate Sri Lanka through out the world, providing IT solutions.
Our Head Office was established on 25th of September, 2003 at # 22, Temple Road, Kotuwegoda, Matara, Sri Lanka. with well organized administrative practice consisting of 2 directors named Mr. Seyed Hamid Moulana and Mr. Seyed Ali Sakkaff Moulana, are sons of well reputed businessman in down south Sri Lanka, Mr. Seyed Hussain Sakkaff Moulana who is the owner of Moulana Glass Center, Moulana Picture Place, Moulana Power Tools Co., & the Chairman of CeyNet Software Solutions (Pvt) Ltd.
Mr. Seyed Hamid Moulana, with more than 6 years experience in IT field as a teacher in Web designing & Development, he has working experience as a Web designing executive at recognized web firms in Sri Lanka and Mr. Seyed Ali Sakkaff Moulana, with more than 12 years of business operational experience adds more value to the CeyNet's administration.

We had a large amount of customer request from Western Province, because of our customer friendly service with excellent creativity for reasonable rates. Therefore the board of directors considered customer requests and took a decision to open a new office closed by Capital City. As a result of that now we are at # B2/2, Government Apartment, Hospital Road, Dehiwala, Sri Lanka which is a customer friendly area.

Now we have crossed over the overseas as a result of a joint venture with a Singapore company called Global Net International.
